In order to log-in to the SIM user panel, please refer to the SIM Information card located within the CPR Guardian II gift box:

The SIM Number is located on a sticker on the card, while the four digit PIN is located on the top of the sim card holder. Upon successfully logging in you have the option to change the PIN to a password of your choice.
